And in This Corner ...

From Piper's Pics
After Piper’s weigh in, 8 lbs 6 ounces, Piper piped –

Hmmmnnn,
Arhrhrhfhgh,
Nnnuffghhg,
Whahhhhhaha,
hphphphphp
hhphphphph

Whoa Nelly, what’s up girl? Piper is piping a lot more now that she has an additional layer of fatty muscle surrounding her lungs and noise making bits. Piper is also impressively piping out explosive bottom busters. Not only are et. al. having to change diapers every umpteen minutes it seems, but laundry has significantly increased despite the insanely tinyness of her clothes. Nevertheless she remains truly off the hook.

When Piper is not piping she spends her time soaking in the surroundings and sleeping.

  1. Have you noticed that infant socks are now being manufactured with “no-skid grips” on the bottom? After reviewing my daughter’s sock drawer and the shelves of Babies R Us, I was astonished to learn that this is in fact common industry practice. Has there been a recent outbreak of infants obtaining pedestrian modes of transportation which, without the help of “no-skid grips,” would have otherwise led to the infant taking a nasty fall and subjecting them to serious injury? Man, this fatherhood thing is full of mind boggling questions.
